Infant Feeding Support in Bromley and Chislehurst
Helping to prepare, educate and guide you through the often complicated journey of feeding your baby.
About Me
I have worked in healthcare as an osteopath since 2011, deciding to add a string to my bow as an Infant Feeding Coach and train during my pregnancy with my second little boy. I am registered with Fedant and insured to practice.
Having breastfed both my babies and been living in this phase of early parenting for a while now i’m very aware of the physical and emotional challenges that feeding your children presents! I’m on a mission to reassure, educate and support parents, helping you work past some of the common stumbling blocks and empowering you to make decisions that work for you. Please do give me a call if you want to learn any more before deciding if I could be a good fit for you!

Feeding Support Visits
Breastfeeding can be a rollercoaster of an experience. Latch issues, nipple pain, difficulty with positioning or concerns over milk supply are some of the common issues I can support you with.
My mission is to help you meet your feeding goals and hold your hand through tricky moments. If you’re struggling with aspects of feeding in the early days we will usually work to optimise your positioning, baby’s latch and your pattern of feeding.
For concerns around tongue tie this will require a qualified assessor to examine your baby and is not a service I currently offer. I can, however, guide you as to whether this would be a useful avenue to go down. For a lot of families there is significant benefit to working on the mechanics of feeding first.
Both sessions are £60 for 60 minutes and are done at your home or somewhere convenient where you’ll feel comfortable. I’ll be able to support you remotely after your session, or you can have a second visit if you feel you need it.
